Andrew is an Operating Partner, Finance at Angeles Operations Group. He is responsible for the evaluation and due diligence of new investment opportunities, driving post-close transformation, and providing financial leadership and oversight across portfolio investments.

Prior to joining Angeles Operations Group in 2025, Andrew worked more than 20 years as an Operating Partner at The Gores Group, where he led financial and operational diligence and portfolio transformation across businesses in the industrial, consumer and technology sectors, including complex carve-out transactions and operational turnarounds. During his time at Gores, Andrew held numerous board and audit committee roles at portfolio companies and developed extensive public company experience. Prior to Gores, Andrew was the CFO at The Learning Company where he helped lead a successful turnaround and sale of the company. Prior to The Learning Company, Andrew held several senior finance roles in the consumer software industry along with early career experience at Paramount Communications and as a public accountant.

Andrew earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
