Eshang is a Vice President at Angeles Operations Group. He is responsible for the evaluation and due diligence of new investment opportunities, driving post-close transformation, and providing oversight across portfolio investments.

Prior to joining Angeles Operations Group in 2025, Eshang was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on large-scale transformations and post-merger integrations, primarily across the industrial manufacturing and chemicals sectors. Prior to that, Eshang was a Digital Product Manager at INNIO, a private equity-backed carve-out of GE’s distributed power business. Eshang began his career as an advanced technologies engineer at GE.

Eshang earned a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
