Freddie is a Principal at Angeles Operations Group. He is responsible for the evaluation and due diligence of new investment opportunities, driving post-close transformation, and providing oversight across portfolio investments.

Prior to joining Angeles Operations Group in 2025, Freddie held multiple executive leadership roles at private equity backed businesses, most recently as Chief Transformation Officer at Ampure, an EV charging business. Prior to that, Freddie was an associate partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led numerous operational and digital transformation engagements, primarily across the industrials sector. Freddie started his career in energy as an exploration geophysicist working in West Africa.

Freddie earned a M.Sci. in Geoscience from Imperial College London.
