Michael is a Vice President, Operations - Finance at Angeles Operations Group. He is responsible for the evaluation and due diligence of new investment opportunities, driving post-close transformation, and providing financial leadership and oversight across portfolio investments.

Prior to joining Angeles Operations Group in 2025, Michael was an operating executive within the Finance Practice at Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company (“COAC”), Cerberus Capital Management’s operations platform. In addition to his COAC responsibilities, Michael also held interim leadership positions and secondment assignments at several Cerberus portfolio companies. Michael began his career at Johnson & Johnson and is a graduate of their Finance Leadership Development Program.

Michael earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting with distinction from Villanova University.
