Seasoned Power Electronics Executive with Experience Rapidly Growing Public and Private Companies Joins ERP as Director with Expertise across Sales, Marketing and OEM Business Development.
Moorpark, CA – June 6, 2016 – ERP Power LLC (ERP), a leading provider of small, efficient, intelligent, powerful, and programmable LED drivers for the lighting industry, today announced the appointment of Jeffrey Frank to its board of directors. Mr. Frank will leverage his 30+ years of experience in the power electronics industry serving in CEO and sales leadership roles to help ERP refine its strategic direction; leverage an interoperable ecosystem of intelligent lighting products; expand commercial opportunities in commercial and industrial LED lighting end markets; and support follow-on M&A activity. ERP is a portfolio company of Angeles Equity Partners, LLC, a private investment firm focused on value creation through operational transformation.

Prior to joining the ERP board of directors, Jeffrey Frank served in senior executive roles at GE Power Electronics, Lineage Power, Cherokee International, Lambda LEI, and Deltec Electronics. Jeff was instrumental in the successful turnaround of the OEM business at Lineage Power, which was acquired by GE Energy, and recognized by Private Equity International magazine with an “Operational Excellence” award. Mr. Frank led Cherokee International as CEO during its initial public offering in 2004, and was responsible for the company’s strategic decision to expand its manufacturing footprint in Shanghai, China.
Jeffrey Frank earned a masters in marketing from Webster University and bachelor of science degree in business from Carroll University.
