Tanner is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Angeles Operations Group. He is responsible for developing and implementing executive recruiting and talent management strategies across the portfolio, working with portfolio company leaders to source and attract top talent.

Prior to Angeles Operations Group, Tanner was the Head of Go-To-Market Recruiting for ASG, the SaaS investing arm of Alpine Investors, a private equity firm based in San Francisco. Before joining ASG, he spent five years in various talent roles at Clutter, a tech logistics startup backed by SoftBank and Sequoia Capital. Prior to that, Tanner began his career at Career Group Search, a boutique executive search firm in Los Angeles.

Tanner graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA.
